New Interactive System:

We have acquired a new facility with over 35,000 square feet enclosed warehouse, 5 loading docs, big parking lot and brand new office. We are developing a new interactive website which will allow our customers to trace cargo and view status of arrival or departure to and from our warehouse, print Dock Receipts, copies of titles, invoices and view entire account history at any given time. That system will be up and running by end of January 2009.

To help us offer a better customer service and competitive prices, we need to enforce some basic rules and policies effective immediately.


	We require full prepayment of freight and all other applicable charges prior to loading any cargo 20.00 service fee will be charged for receiving and handling on all non-running units Free storage is offered for 10 days from the date of arrival of any vehicles to our facility. Additional days will be billed at $15.00 per day Loading list is required and must be submitted in writing to Dariusz@genlogusa.com prior to any loading. Loading list must have the following info: make, model, VIN, destination, consignee name, address, phone numbers. Sample of loading list is available upon request If vehicles are delivered by customers to our facility, advanced notice must be send to our office indicating delivery date, customer name, make and model, VIN #. No vehicles will be accepted without prior notice. If you are using our delivery and pick up service, pick up order must be emailed to info@genlogusa.com Pick up order must include: Buyer number, lot number, VIN number, customer name, destination. We reserve 3 business days for pick up. All storage charges must be paid up to pick up date. All prices are subject to change. Quotes are offered for 30 calendar days. Please, contact Dariusz to confirm rates prior to loading. No originals or releases at destination will be given without full payment of freight and all applicable charges. Pictures and condition reports of vehicles delivered to our facility will be available upon request. Service fee of 25.00 per vehicle will be assessed and 20-25 quality images will be emailed to customer along with condition report.
