Attached is a Letter of Authorization in a word document that you need to fill out properly. At the top, put your information, on the first line right before ____________(OWNER) fill in owner’s name, 2nd line leave blank / empty, 3rd line right before ________________________(Owner) fill in the company name if the vehicle is purchased by the company and fill in owner’s name if the vehicle is purchased by private party, sign on the bottom line where it says (Owner’s Signature) in red notarize.
Once completed that document is good for one year for any other cars you decide to send with us.
Please, complete 2 originals of the same document – one original stays on file with US Customs and one we keep on our file and present to them every time we ship for you.

2nd Document is called Export Power of Attorney, just print it, sign your name in the area Owner’s Signature, fill out your address, and notarize. Please, complete 1 original of the same document for every vehicle you are exporting.

If you are buying cars in Florida with Certificate of Destructions, please, print a Bill of Sale from Copart for every car with a Certificate of Destruction, sign, notarize.

Once we approve, please send the originals to our office prior to export of your cargo.
